About
Amanda is a qualified yoga teacher who is passionate about holistic Musculoskeletal
specialist care. She has a particular interest in the management of persistent low
back pain.
After graduating from Auckland School of Medicine, Amanda worked in Anatomical
Pathology for a number of years. She later gained a fellowship in Urgent Care, whilst
working in a variety of smaller centres around the central North Island.
Amanda’s Musculoskeletal practice is grounded in physical medicine. She also has
experience in treating hypermobility disorders and an interest in postural therapies
for persistent pain.
Outside of medicine, Amanda enjoys spending time with her four children, resistance
training, crotchet and enjoying the beautiful Hibiscus Coast.
