We would like to congratulate Dr Amanjeet Toor being recently appointed as an instructor for the Spine Intervention Society (IPSIS). IPSIS is the world leading organisation for evidence-based interventional pain medicine.

IPSIS is known for developing internationally recognised guidelines that inform the management of spinal pain. In New Zealand, many of these guidelines are followed by insurers and ACC.

In his role with IPSIS, Dr Toor contributes to the education of doctors by teaching at cadaver labs, focusing on the safe and effective application of spinal procedures. He has extended an offer of support to college fellows interested in developing their skills in interventional spinal techniques.
